Booking Policy
💳 Payment: Full payment is required at least 72 hours before the event to confirm your booking. Payments are non-refundable as all items are made to order.
🎨 Rescheduling & Changes: Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the event and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Bookings made within 72 hours of the event cannot be rescheduled or changed due to the short notice.
⚠️ Liability: Clients are responsible for balloon décor after installation. We are not liable for damage caused by weather, heat, sharp objects, mishandling, or accidents resulting from misuse of the balloon décor.
