Includes: 3 metres of professionally assembled biodegradable latex balloons in custom colours and patterns, double metal backdrop stands (2m x 1m and 1.8m x 0.8m) with fabric covers, and a 3-day hire period. Not Included: Delivery and collection fees, foil balloons, or refundable deposit for the hired stand.
Booking Policy
💳 Payment: Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received at least 72 hours in advance, based on availability, and are non-refundable. 🕒 Installations & Deposits: A R500 refundable deposit is required for each hired décor set. All customers must complete an Event Hire Agreement with signature and copy of ID. 🚚 Delivery + Installation: Zone 1 – R100 • Zone 2 – R200 • Zone 3 – R350 Delivery + Installation + Dismantling & Collection: Zone 1 – R150 • Zone 2 – R300 • Zone 3 – R500 Zone 1: CBD, De Waterkant, Foreshore, Gardens, V&A Waterfront Zone 2: Green Point, Sea Point, Oranjezicht, Woodstock, Observatory Zone 3: Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, Rondebosch, Pinelands, Century City 🎨 Rescheduling & Changes: Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the event date and are subject to availability. Changes may incur additional fees. Please note that bookings confirmed within 72 hours of the event date cannot be changed due to the short notice period. ⚠️ Liability: Clients are responsible for balloon décor after installation. We are not liable for damage caused by weather, heat, sharp objects, mishandling, or accidents resulting from misuse of the balloon décor.
